From clips to a family film

Step by step

1. Step 01

   A short discovery call

   Fifteen minutes. You tell us who the film is for, roughly how many clips you have, and any date it needs to land on. We come back with a package and a quote the same week.

2. Step 02

   Secure transfer to your library

   We send a private upload link to an access-controlled project library. Drag your files in from your phone, laptop, or external drive. Nothing is public, and access is limited to your assigned editor.

3. Step 03

   The story questionnaire

   A short form: names, the moments that matter most, the music your family loves, anything we should handle gently. This is the part that makes the film sound like you and not like a template.

4. Step 04

   Your editor watches everything

   Every clip, start to finish. Your editor pulls selects, writes a story outline, and shares it with you before a single cut is made — so the shape of the film is agreed on early.

5. Step 05

   The first cut

   10–14 days after footage and questionnaire are in, you get a private link to watch. Comment right on the timeline, at any timestamp, in plain language.

6. Step 06

   Revisions, then finishing

   We work through your notes, then finish properly: color, stabilization, audio repair, titles, and a licensed score cleared for family and public use.

7. Step 07

   Delivery, and it's yours

   Delivery is digital by default: a private streaming page to share with family, plus a downloadable master in full quality. A keepsake USB in a printed case is available as an add-on if you'd like something to hand across a table.
